How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account on our website and view your order status under Orders.

Where can I find my invoice?

You can download your invoice by logging into your account, going to Orders, selecting the relevant order, and clicking Download Invoice. You will also receive an invoice by email once your order is confirmed.

How do I create an account?

Click on the Account icon at the top of our website, then select Create Account. Fill in your details and click Create to complete your registration.

I had an account previously, however I can no longer access it. Can I regain access?

Please contact our customer service team so they can help restore your account access.

How can I amend my order?

Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible, as changes can only be made before your order is processed.

I am missing part of my order – what do I do?

Please contact our customer service team so they can investigate and arrange for the missing item to be sent.

How can I apply a discount to my order?

If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the Discount code box at checkout before completing your purchase. If you do not have a code but believe you are eligible for a discount, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

What if I receive damaged or incorrect items?

Please contact our customer service team immediately, providing your order number and photos if possible, so they can arrange a replacement or refund.
